Elegant, simple, and modular: shelf system 7000 has a basic grid of 140, 120 or 80 cm width, 10, 20, 30 or 40 cm height, and is 40 cm deep. It can be assembled without tools and extended or changed in its dimensions with additional elements. Various surfaces offer a broad spectrum of uses from the living to the contract segment. The contrast between the 4 cm thick shelves and the clear, reduced metal support structure is aesthetically attractive.

f/p design was founded by Fritz Frenkler and Anette Ponholzer in Frankfurt (Main), Germany in the year 2000. The company`s headquaters are today based in Munisch with a further office in Japan. The internationally renowned design studio has developed products for clients in Asia, Europe and the US including home furniture, kitchens, lighting, tableware and communication appliances.
Born in 1954, Fritz Frenkler studied Industrial Design at Braunschweig University of Art (Germany). He was managing director of frogdesign Asia, headed the wiege Wilkhahn Entwicklungsgesellschaft and was head of design at Deutsche Bahn AG. Frenkler is jury chair for the iF product design award and was a founding member of universal design e.V., Hanover. Since 2006, he has been professor of Induatrial Design at the Technische Universität München (TUM).
Born in 1965, Anette Ponholzer studied Industrial Design at the Muthesius Academy of Fine Arts and Design in Kiel (Germany). She worked with Turett Collaborative Architects in New York and, from 1997 to 1999, with wiege Wilkhahn Entwicklungsgesellschaft in Bad Münder (Germany).» More details
